Job Description – Architect
Responsibilities
🔹 Design & Planning
▪ Create designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.
▪ Lead the production of schematic design, design development, and construction drawings.
▪ Review new projects for compliance with the master plan, ensuring smooth integration.
▪ Plan, coordinate, and maintain project design schedules.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Compliance
▪ Lead the quality assurance team during construction, including conducting site inspections.
▪ Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance.
▪ Ensure projects meet architectural design standards, zoning regulations, building codes, and construction detailing best practices.
🔹 Project Execution & Supervision
▪ Undertake in-house design for projects that fall within the capabilities of the Projects Office.
▪ Work closely with Project Managers to prepare drawings and specification documents for all design phases (Conceptual, Schematic, Detailed, and Supervision).
▪ Provide technical supervision and support during construction.
🔹 Collaboration & Coordination
▪ Interface with stakeholders as required to fulfill architectural duties.
▪ Work in tandem with multi-disciplinary design teams to achieve project goals.
▪ Assist in researching and coordinating materials and products for project specifications.
Requirements
✅ Education & Certification
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
▪ Must be a Registered Architect.
✅ Experience & Technical Skills
▪ Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in hotels, high-rise buildings, and mixed-use developments.
▪ Proficiency in ArchiCAD, 3D drawings, rendering, and computer-aided design software.
▪ Strong conceptual design capabilities.
▪ Proven experience in supervising and supporting construction projects.
▪ Knowledge of planning, design, and construction industry standards.
▪ Experience with procurement support.

▪ Strong ability to manage multiple projects in an organized and collaborative manner.
▪ Demonstrated track record of meeting financial business plans, budgets, and project schedules.
▪ Ability to handle multiple short-term and long-term tasks under strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
