Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the ideal candidate will:

• Analyze business opportunities

• Develop financial models

• Create management presentations

• Support deal execution while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

🔹 Analyzing Business Opportunities
▪ Assisting in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities
▪ Presenting findings to senior management for approval

🔹 Developing & Maintaining Financial Models
▪ Collaborating on creating and maintaining business plans and financial models for real estate developments
▪ Covering key components such as power, water, and telecoms

🔹 Creating Presentations
▪ Working on high-quality presentations for senior management
▪ Utilizing financial data and visual aids to communicate insights effectively

🔹 Supporting Strategy Development
▪ Contributing to strategy development and implementation for both existing and new businesses
▪ Working under the guidance of senior team members

🔹 Investor Relations Management
▪ Assisting in maintaining investor information memoranda for real estate and other projects
▪ Ensuring accuracy and relevance of investor-related documents

🔹 Participation in Deal Origination & Execution
▪ Supporting various stages of deal origination and execution
▪ Assisting senior team members in due diligence and transaction processes

Requirements

✅ Skills and Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
▪ 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis
▪ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
▪ Familiarity with valuation methods and principles
▪ Basic accounting knowledge, including general accounting principles and practices
▪ Solid understanding of finance and financial markets with practical application skills
▪ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
▪ Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
▪ Knowledge of the real estate or city planning industry is a plus
▪ CFA certification is an added advantage
