Key Duties and Responsibilities

Championing Innovation & Future-Ready Technology

  • Lead large digital transformation initiatives—identify, implement, and scale technologies that create competitive advantages.
  • Research, test, and deploy technologies to improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities.
  • Create a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with new solutions.
  • Build proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate technologies before full-scale implementation.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify pain points and introduce smart, scalable tech solutions.
  • Challenge outdated processes—ask, “Is there a better way?” and push for improvement.

Driving Technology Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap that accelerates business growth.
  • Align technology with business goals—not just maintaining systems but enabling innovation.
  • Ensure technology is agile and responsive to rapidly changing business needs.

Building & Aligning the Technology Team

  • Lead an energetic, high-performing, and action-driven technology team.
  • Be a policing force where necessary, ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Push for prioritization—cut through noise, focus on what truly matters.
  • Foster a culture of execution—the team doesn’t just recommend, it delivers.

Technology Infrastructure, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient technology systems.
  • Own ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications, ensuring they drive efficiency.
  • Implement technology governance while keeping operations agile.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Bring together stakeholders and cross-functional teams supporting transformation.
  • Bridge business needs and technology capabilities, translating ideas into action.
  • Ensure technology is a strategic enabler and drives operational efficiencies, not a reactive support function..

Mandatory Requirements

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology or Computer Science.
  • Certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, driving significant business and digital transformation across multiple countries or several business entities
