DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provide prompt and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the company’s products/services, and ensuring they have a smooth transition.
3. Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestion for improvement. Communicate this feedback to the relevant team for continuous enhancement of the products and services.
4. Writing of reports based on the records of customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions and feedback. Manage Customers profiles updated with relevant information.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to align customer’s needs with the business objectives. Share insights and contribute to enhancing the customer service success strategies.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
7. Proactively reach out to customers to check for satisfaction, offer assistance and identify opportunities for upselling.
SKILLS
People management skills, business management and knowledge regarding service description and presentation to potential new leads. Pitching to new clients and ability to mobilize the market.
