• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing payment vouchers for suppliers and other payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Reconciling supplier balances and ensuring they align with supplier statements.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities to gain insight into financial planning.
• Ensuring proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
• I'm helping you track and process employee expense requisitions and claims according to company policy.
• Contributing to improving financial processes and efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
• Adhering to the organization’s finance policies and procedures while performing all assigned duties.

Qualifications Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting/ CPA Part II, or a related field
• Preferably 3-6 months relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Kenyan taxation laws and statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, VAT, NSSF, NHIF, Withholding Tax).
