Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams, including U.S. and international personnel.
• Collaborate with FP&A to ensure historical data accuracy and provide commentary.
• Manage team bandwidth to deliver high-quality outputs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client sponsors and executives.
• Partner with department heads to develop and deliver insightful reports and data.
• Design data-driven processes to guide business decisions across client organizations.
• Integrate seamlessly into client communication channels (Slack, Teams, Skype, etc.)
• Propose software and process enhancements to improve reporting scalability.

To be successful, you'll need to:

•  Work on-site from our office in Nairobi, Kenya
• Be willing to work non-traditional Kenyan office hours.
•  Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
