•  Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
•  Property Showings: Conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
•  Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
•  Transaction Management: Coordinate and oversee the transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing activities, to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
•  Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitors' activities, and economic factors affecting the market.
•  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
•  Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and market updates using [CRM Software].
•  Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Representative or similar role, with a successful track record of property sales.

Skills:

•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•  Strong sales and closing abilities.
•  Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal aspects of property transactions.

 Education:

•  Graduates (within the last two years) from one of the following universities:
•  University of Nairobi
•  USIU (United States International University)
•  Strathmore University
•  Kenyatta University
•  Mount Kenya University
•  JKUAT (Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology
