This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Mombasa County, Kenya. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, conducting market research, and overseeing customer relationships. The individual will plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales teams to meet targets and ensure product promotion across various channels.

• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Campaign Management skills
• Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Forecasting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in using marketing and sales software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
