Implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to drive workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Support leadership in building a positive workplace culture.
Ensure all HR activities comply with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring consistent application across the businesses.
Ensure competitive compensation structures are in alignment with industry benchmarks.
Oversee the execution of reward and recognition programmes.
Work with finance teams to manage HR budgets effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance for West and East Africa is highly desirable
Experience in marketplaces or internet SaaS companies is highly advantageous.
